Our sugar pearls metallic mix are a sparkling addition to your cake, cakes, cupcakes, donuts and other treats. They add a chic and festive touch to any creation with their beautiful metallic coating. This mix contains the colours: gold, pink, blue and green. These sugar pearls are hard, but very edible and perfectly round. Many decorations are possible with these pearls, for example for decoration at the bottom of a cake, sprinkle them over the buttercream of cupcakes or themed cakes.
Packed in a handy sprinkle jar.

Sugar (74.8%), TARWE flour, TARWE starch, maize starch, stabiliser: gum arabic, glucose syrup, gelatine (bovine), colours: silver, anthocyanins, patent blue (E131), carotenes (plant carotenes), curcumin, annatto norbixin, glazing agent: shellac. May contain traces of: nuts, mustard, lupin, soya and milk.
