Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Lay baking paper on a baking tray. Mix 300g mix, 100g (cream) butter and 50g egg (1 piece mt M) with a mixer with dough hooks or by hand into a cohesive dough. Form small, even balls of the dough. Place the balls on the baking tray, leaving a space of about 3-5 cm between them. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the cookies from the baking tray immediately after baking, while they are still on the baking paper, and let them cool.
Ingredients:
Brown sugar (sugar, syrup, colouring agent: E150c), rice flour, buckwheat flour, raising agents: E450i, E500ii, dextrose, spices (cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, chilli pepper, aniseed, caraway seed, cardamom, mace, anistar), sunflower lecithin, thickener: E415, salt, cinnamon.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
