Product information "Colouring gel pink 30g - gluten-free"
Give your (rolling) fondant, marzipan, gum paste, moddelling paste and more a beautiful colour with this concentrated food colouring gel. Our colouring gel is also perfect for colouring creams, such as buttercream, crème fantastique and instant cream. You can also colour batter and basic dough beautifully with this colouring gel, as the gel is baking stable up to 200°C.
The colour can easily be made darker by adding extra colourant. Want a lighter colour? Then be sparing with the dye. The dye is available in different colours.
How to use:
Remove a little colour paste from the jar, e.g. using a cocktail stick. Mix it directly into the product to be coloured. MAXIMUM DOSAGE: 3g per kg of product (REG.EU.1333/2008). Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and cool place. Can be kept for 60 days after opening.
Caution:
Food colouring, do not ingest directly.
