When can I expect my order?
Our parcels are shipped with DHL. If you order on Monday to Thursday before 15:00 or on Friday before 12:00, we will ship your order the same day. In general, delivery within the Netherlands will take place the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Delivery Germany: 1-3 days.

Can I track my orders?
Yes, you can track your order! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace link that allows you to track the status of your shipment. If you have not received an e-mail with this information, please feel free to contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you.

Can I still change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order after it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will be happy to help you with any questions or problems.

Do I pay shipping costs?
Good news! Orders of €75 incl. VAT or more will be shipped for free via DHL. If your order is below this amount, shipping costs will be charged. You can find more information on shipping costs under ordering and shipping.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to your neighbour or the nearest pick-up point. Using the track & trace code, you can see exactly where you can pick up the parcel.

My order is not to my satisfaction, how can I return it?
We understand that sometimes a product may not quite meet your expectations. No worries! You can return the product without any hassle. For more details on our return policy, please refer to our returns page.
