Ordering and shipping

Our packages are shipped with DHL.

If you order on Monday to Thursday before 15:00, your order will be dispatched the same day. 
If you order on Friday before 12:00, your order will also be dispatched the same day.

In most cases, you can expect your order the very next working day in the Netherlands. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. For deliveries to Belgium and Germany, the delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Shipping costs:

The Netherlands: 
For orders under €75,- incl. VAT, shipping costs are €7,50. Orders from €75,- incl. VAT are shipped free of charge.

Belgium: 
For orders under €75,- incl. VAT, shipping costs are €10,00. Orders from €75,- incl. VAT are shipped free of charge.

Germany: 
For orders under €75,- incl. VAT, shipping costs are €10,00. Orders from €75,- incl. VAT are shipped free of charge.

Track and trace
As soon as the order is received by DHL, you will receive a track and trace by e-mail. You can track your order by entering it in the DHL app or at www.dhl.nl. Is the delivery time not convenient? You can easily change it yourself to another delivery time or choose a pick-up point.
