The Tasty Me biscuit/sponge mix is the perfect base for various types of cakes. Use additional ingredients with the flavor you like best. How about a delicious Butter Cream as filling with your favorite fruit? That will be a treat!
Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 165°C). For one Ø26cm cake, mix 400g mix, 350g eggs (7 pcs mt M) and 35ml water in a bowl. Mix for 8-10 minutes on high speed and pour batter into a greased baking tin. Bake time 35-40 minutes.
Divide recipe by 2 for a Ø 20cm.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats.
