The Tasty Me Blondie Cake Mix is one to look forward to. Soft, fudgy and deliciously full of flavour — everything you want from a perfect blondie. The kind of cake that’s just right as a treat, dessert, with coffee or simply because you’re craving something sweet.
Delicious on its own, or dress it up with chocolate chunks. Easy to make and always a success, this blondie is perfect for any baking moment that calls for something warm and comforting.
Ingredients:
- 300 g mix
- 135 g soft butter
- 150 g eggs (3 pieces size M)
Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix the mix, the butter and the eggs in 3 minutes to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased Ø 18 cm baking tin. Bake in the middle of oven for about 40-45 minutes . Then remove immediately from the baking tin and allow to evaporate on a wire rack.

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, chocolate chips 4% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavor), humectant: E420 (sorbitol); skimmed milk powder, white chocolate powder 1.5% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), raising agents: E336 (potassium tartrate), E450 (potassium and sodium diphosphates); rice starch, emulsifiers: E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, plant-based); thickener: E412 (guar gum); cocoa butter, flavor.
May contain: MILK, EGG SOY AND NUTS.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
