Tasty Me's Blondie cake mix makes a delicious, creamy cake full of chocolate pieces that will surprise any cake lover!
Gluten-free - no hydrogenated fats.
Preparation: Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 165°C (fan oven 150°C). Mix 300g mix, 135g butter and 150g eggs (3 pcs mt M) in 3 minutes to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased Ø18cm baking tin. Baking time (middle of oven): about 40-45 minutes . Then remove immediately from the baking tin and allow to evaporate on a wire rack.

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, cocoa butter, stabiliser: diphosphate; chocolate chips 5% (sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin (E322)), skimmed MILK powder, white chocolate 2% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin (E322), natural vanilla extract), rice starch, humectant: sorbitols (E420); emulsifiers: polyglyceride esters of fatty acidsm (E475), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); raising agent: potassium tartrate (E336); diphosphates (E450); thickener: guar gum (E412); cocoa butter, flavor.
May contain: MILK, EGG SOY AND NUTS.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
