The Tasty Me Blue velvet cake mix is one that instantly stands out. Soft, fluffy and packed with that super delicious cake flavour that makes you feel happy right away — all wrapped up in a beautiful blue look.

Perfect for parties, birthdays, baby showers or everyday baking moments. And the best part? You can decorate it with our toppings and super fun sprinkles to turn every baking moment into a celebration!

Ingredients:

350 g mix
125 g butter
150 g eggs (3 pieces size M)

Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter withg 125 g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed

Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Mix the mix, butter and eggs in 5 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased Ø 18 cm baking tin. Bake for 40-45 minutes in the oven, then remove immediately from the baking tin and allow to evaporate on a wire rack.

Baking time (middle of the oven): 45-50 minutes

Baking time cupcakes: 30-35 minutes.

NOTE: The blue dye (E133) may cause the tongue and stools to turn blue, however, this is not harmful.

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, maize starch, humectants: E420 (sorbitols); emulsifier: E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, plant-based); cocoa powder, raising agents: E450 (diphosphates), E500 (sodium carbonates); acidity regulator: E575 (glucono-delta-lactone); thickeners: E412 (guar gum), E466 (sodium carboxymethylcellulose); flavour, salt, colour: E133 (FCF brilliant blue).

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
