Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix 400g mix, 200g butter and 150g eggs (3 x mt M) in a bowl. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes to form a thick batter. Fill a greased 20cm baking tin. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Ingredients:
Sugar, rice flour, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, humectant: E420; MILK powder, emulsifiers: E475, E471; acidity regulator: E336; thickeners: E412; flavourings, stabiliser: E450. For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of: egg, soybeans, nuts, sesame and mustard.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
