This is one of those you can hardly resist. One you actually start craving before it’s even in the oven. With our Tasty Me brownie mix, you can make delicious brownies with a rich chocolate flavor, a moist texture, and a slightly crispy exterior.
Serve them with a scoop of our ice cream mixes: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or lemon – and you’re guaranteed a hit.
Ingredients:
- 400 g mix
- 200 g butter
- 150 g eggs (3 pieces, medium size)
Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven 160 °C). Mix the mix, butter, and eggs in a bowl. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes until a thick batter forms. Fill a greased 20 cm baking pan.
Baking time: 30-40 minutes.
