With our handy white choco writer made of imitation chocolate, you give cakes, cupcakes, and other treats a fresh and elegant look. The white color is perfect for fine details, text, snow-like effects, and sleek decorations. Thanks to the fine writing tip, you can easily write, draw, and apply small decorations.
Preparation: heat the chocolate writing tube in a bain-marie for 10 minutes in warm water of approximately 35-42°C until the chocolate is soft and fully liquefied. Gently knead the tube in between so that the heat is evenly distributed. You can then immediately start writing and decorating. After use, the chocolate hardens again, allowing you to reuse the choco writer later.
