Make your own delicious chocolate and hazelnut cookies with the Tasty Me chocolate & hazelnut cookies mix.
Gluten-free - lactose-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats

Essentials: 
For about 20 biscuits (10 cm): 
350g mix, 140g butter or vegetable margarine, 43g egg (is 1 egg size S). Lactose-free recipe: replace butter with 140g seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed), bowl, mixer with dough hooks, rolling pin, non-stick mat (or a little buckwheat or potato starch), baking paper and biscuit cutters. Additional nuts and chocolate chips if required.

Preparation: 
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 165°C (convection oven 150°C ). Mix the mix with the butter and beat until the mixture becomes crumbly. Add the egg and beat until smooth. Roll out the dough on a non-sticky surface (mat or on a little flour). Cut out biscuits of about 10cm. Bake for about 20/25 minutes until cooked. 
*TIP: Add extra hazelnuts and, for example, white chocolate chips for extra crunch.

Ingredients:  

Rice flour, sugar, maize starch, cocoa (4.8%), HAZELNUT flour (4.8%), flavourings, emulsifiers: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickener: guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose; raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; acidity regulator: glucono delta lactone; salt. For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of: milk proteins, eggs, soya, nuts, sesame and mustard. 

Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.  

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
