With the chocolate & hazelnut cookies mix from Tasty Me, you'll fill the house with the aroma of freshly baked cookies and surprise your housemates. Or bake them together with your kids. Decorate them with Royal Icing (sugar icing) and the prettiest sprinkles. Success guaranteed!
Preparation method for about 20 cookies (10cm): ensure that all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 165°C (convection oven 150°C). Mix 350g mix and 140g (cream) butter or vegetable margarine in a bowl with a mixer and dough hooks until the mixture becomes crumbly. Add 43g of egg (1 piece size S) and beat until a smooth dough forms. (Lactose-free recipe: replace butter with 140g seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed). Roll out the dough on a non-stick mat or dust your work surface with a little buckwheat or potato starch and use a rolling pin. Cut cookies of about 10 cm with a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes.
Tip: Optionally add hazelnuts or white chocolate chips for extra crunch.

emulsifiers: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids;
thickener: guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose; raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; acidity
regulator: glucono delta lactone; salt.
May contain: milk proteins, eggs, soya, other nuts. The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
