With our Chocolate & Hazelnut Cookies Mix, you can bake delicious cookies filled with chocolate and hazelnuts — perfect for chilly winter days and the festive season. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and so delicious it never stops at just one.
Extra fun: decorate them with Royal Icing, sprinkles or a little extra chocolate and turn it into a cosy Christmas baking moment together!
Ingredients for approx. 20 cookies (10 cm):
- 350 g mix
- 140 g (cream)butter or vegetable margarine
- 43 g egg (1 piece size S)
Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 140 g seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed oil
Kitchen equipment:
- Mixer with dough hooks
- Non-stick mat (or a little buckwheat or potato starch)
- Rolling pin
- Cookie cutters
- Baking paper
Preparation: ensure that all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 165°C (convection oven 150°C). Mix the mix and the (cream)butter or vegetable margarine in a bowl with a mixer with dough hooks until the mixture becomes crumbly. Add the egg and beat until a smooth dough forms. Roll out the dough on a non-stick mat or dust your work surface with a little buckwheat or potato starch and use a rolling pin. Cut cookies of about 10 cm with a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes.
*TIP: Optionally add hazelnuts or white chocolate chips for extra crunch.

Ingredients: rice flour, sugar, corn starch, cocoa (4.8%), hazelnut flour (4.8%), rice starch, emulsifiers: E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, plant-based), E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids); thickeners: E412 (guar gum), E466 (sodium carboxymethylcellulose); raising agent: E500 (sodium carbonates); acidity regulator: E575 (glucono-delta-lactone); salt.
May contain: MILK proteins, EGGS, SOY, OTHER NUTS.
Store in a dark, cool and dry place and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
