Gluten-free - lactose free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Combine 150g of mix and 200g of milk in a bowl and mix with a hook for 4 minutes on medium speed to form a thick batter. Let the mix rest covered for about 15 minutes. After this, add 70g melted butter, 50g egg (1 egg size M) and 50g milk and mix through to a smooth batter. After this, add the rest of the mix and mix for another 10 minutes. Put the dough in a piping bag with a serrated (churros) or round (donuts) nozzle. Heat oil to about 165°C and deep-fry strips/rounds of about 20 cm long until golden brown. Drain briefly on kitchen paper. Serve immediately with (powdered) sugar and, for example, cinnamon.
Ingredients:
Corn starch, sugar, potato starch, inulin (chicory), salt, thickeners: guar gum (E412), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464); psyllium fibre, brewer's yeast. May contain traces of: milk, eggs, soya and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
