With the Tasty Me churros & donuts mix, you can't go wrong. Whether you’re in the mood for crispy churros or delicious donuts, this mix makes it easy. Warm, golden and freshly made in your own kitchen — what more could you want?
Perfect for finishing with icing sugar or cinnamon, dipping into chocolate, or simply enjoying them plain — because even just like that, they’re already irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 350 g mix
- 250 ml milk
- 70 g butter
- 50 g egg (1 piece size M)
Preparation for approx. 20 churros: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Mix 150 g of mix and 200 ml of milk in a bowl and mix with a dough hook for 4 minutes at medium speed until a thick batter forms. Let the mixture rest for about 15 minutes, covered. Then add 70 g melted butter, the egg, and 50 ml milk, and mix until smooth. Add the remaining mix and continue mixing for another 10 minutes. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Heat oil to about 165 °C and fry strips of about 20 cm until golden brown. Let them drain briefly on paper towels. Serve immediately with icing sugar and, for example, cinnamon.

Mix 150 g of mix and 200 ml of milk in a bowl and mix with a dough hook for 4 minutes at medium speed until a thick batter forms. Let the mixture rest for about 15 minutes, covered. Then add 70 g melted butter, the egg, and 50 ml milk, and mix until smooth. Add the remaining mix and continue mixing for another 10 minutes. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a round tip and pipe circles of about 7 cm onto baking paper dusted with a little rice flour (gluten-free) or regular flour (non-gluten-free alternative). Let them rise for 2 hours. Heat oil to 165 °C and fry until golden brown. Let them drain briefly on paper towels. Serve immediately with, for example, powdered sugar and cinnamon.
