With our blue color gel, you can give fondant, marzipan, dough, water, and isomalt exactly the shade you want. From deep, spectacular royal blue to soft and subtle baby blue: by simply adjusting the amount of gel, you determine the intensity yourself. Your cakes, cupcakes, and cookies will be exactly as you want them.
The dye is available in different colors.
How to use: Take a little color paste from the jar, for example, using a cocktail stick, and mix it directly into the product to be colored.
MAXIMUM DOSAGE: 3g per kg of product (REG.EU.1333/2008). Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and cool place. Can be kept for 60 days after opening. Caution:
Food coloring, do not ingest directly.
