Whether you want a gentle pastel for a baby shower, an elegant shade for Mother's Day, or a lively fuchsia for Valentine's Day: with this concentrated gel color, you create the effect yourself. Perfect for all kinds of sweet treats.
Give your fondant, marzipan, dough, water, sugar, and isomalt a playful pink color with this concentrated coloring gel. This gel is also ideal for coloring creams, such as buttercream, crème fantastique, and instant cream. Since the gel is stable when baked up to 200°C, you can also give batters and base dough a nice color.
The color can easily be darkened by adding more coloring. Want a lighter color? Then be careful with the amount of coloring used. The coloring is available in different colors. How to use: Take a little color paste from the jar, for example, using a cocktail stick, and mix it directly into the product to be colored.
MAXIMUM DOSAGE: 3g per kg of product (REG. EU 1333/2008). Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 60 days after opening. Caution: Food coloring – do not ingest directly.
