Our Coloring Gel Pink is perfect for those who love a soft, cheerful, or even powerful pink shade. From subtle pastel pink to an intense, bright pink effect: with just a small amount, you decide for yourself how light or striking the color becomes.
Thanks to its concentrated gel structure, this food coloring is ideal for a wide range of applications. It mixes effortlessly through fondant, marzipan, dough, water, sugar, and isomalt, and is also perfect for creams such as buttercream, crème fantastique, and instant cream. Additionally, it is bake-stable up to 200°C, allowing you to easily color batter and basic dough without loss of intensity.
How to use: take a small amount of coloring paste from the jar, for example with a cocktail stick, and mix directly into the product to be colored.
MAXIMUM DOSAGE: 3 g per kg of product (REG.EU.1333/2008).
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a dry and cool place.
Keeps for 60 days after opening.
Caution: food coloring, do not consume directly.
