Product information "Coloring gel red 30g - gluten-free"
Give your (rolling) fondant, marzipan, dough, water, sugar, isomalt, and much more a powerful, deep red color with this concentrated firetruck red food coloring gel. Our coloring gel is also perfect for coloring creams, such as buttercream, crème fantastique and instant cream. You can also color batter and basic dough beautifully with this coloring gel, as the gel is baking stable up to 200°C.
The color can easily be made darker by adding extra colorant. Want a lighter color? Then be sparing with the dye. The dye is available in different colors.
How to use:
Remove a little color paste from the jar, e.g. using a cocktail stick. Mix it directly into the product to be colored. MAXIMUM DOSAGE: 3g per kg of product (REG.EU.1333/2008). Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and cool place. Can be kept for 60 days after opening.
Caution:
Food coloring, do not ingest directly.
