Our Coloring Gel Yellow is perfect for those who love a bright, sunny and vibrant yellow shade. From soft pastel yellow to an intense, radiant yellow effect: with just a small amount you decide how light or strong the color becomes.
Thanks to its concentrated gel structure, this dye is ideal for a wide range of applications. It mixes effortlessly into fondant, marzipan, dough, water, sugar and isomalt, and is also perfect for creams such as buttercream, crème fantastique and instant cream. In addition, it is baking stable up to 200°C, so you can easily color batter and basic dough without losing intensity.
How to use: remove a small amount of coloring paste from the jar, for example with a cocktail stick, and mix directly into the product to be colored.
MAXIMUM DOSAGE: 3 g per kg of product (REG.EU.1333/2008).
Keep out of reach of children.
Store dry and cool.
Shelf life 60 days after opening.
Caution: food coloring, do not consume directly.
