Use the Tasty Me cookies & apple pie mix to make delicious biscuits or a tasty apple pie.
Gluten-free - lactose-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats

For approx. 25 biscuits (10 cm): 
400g mix, 160g soft (cream) butter, 1 egg size M. Lactose-free recipe: replace butter with 160g seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed, bowl, mixer with dough hooks, rolling pin, non-stick mat (or a little buckwheat or potato starch), baking paper and biscuit cutters.
For an apple pie: 
Springform 22-24cm diameter, filling (apples (like Elstar or Jonagold, about 1 kg), sultanas, cinnamon).

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 165°C (convection oven 150°C). Mix the mix with the butter and beat until the mixture becomes crumbly. Add the egg and beat until smooth. Roll out the dough on a non-sticky surface (mat or on a little flour).

Cut out biscuits of about 10 cm. Bake for about 20/25 minutes. 
Apple pie: 
Roll out the dough and save a portion (about ¼ for the top). Butter the pan and line the bottom and sides. Fill as desired with diced apple, sultanas, a little sugar and cinnamon. Place the strips of dough in a diamond pattern on the top. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 45-50 minutes.


Rice flour, sugar, maize starch, thickener: guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose; emulsifiers: polyglyceride esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulator: glucono delta lactone; flavourings, salt. May contain traces of: milk proteins, egg, soya and nuts. 

Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.  

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
