The Tasty Me cream chantilly mix is ideal for filling and decorating cakes. Cream chantilly is a bit fluffier and less fatty than buttercream.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Essentials:
For filling and icing 1 cake: 200g mix, 130ml water and 130ml semi-skimmed milk. Mixer. Halve the entire recipe to frost about 24 cupcakes.
Preparation:
Mix for approx. 3-4 minutes with a (hand) mixer on high speed. If necessary, leave to set in the fridge. Delicious with flavouring. Easy to colour with gel or liquid colouring. Good for approx. 2 days after preparation.
Ingredients:
Sugar, glucose syrup, coconut oil, MILK protein, corn starch, modified starch, thickeners: sodium alginate (E401), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E466), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472a). For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of: egg, soy and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
