Bake the most beautiful and delicious cupcakes with this mix from Zeelandia raw material.
With this cupcake mix you bake delicious cupcakes with a soft vanilla flavour. You can also use this mix to make cake, mini cupcakes and cake pops. Would you like to decorate the cupcakes? You can do that with fondant or make nice tufts with buttercream or creme fantastique.
Essentials for approx. 24 cupcakes:
500g mix for Cupcakes, 250g butter (margarine or buttercream), 250g egg (= 5 eggs size M), cupcake cups - moulds and/or baking tin, mixer.
Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature and preheat the oven to 180 ⁰C (hot air oven to 160 ⁰C). Mix all ingredients with a mixer on the lowest speed for about 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Divide the batter among cupcake moulds and place them in a baking tin. Bake the cupcakes in the middle of the oven for about 18 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool gently and decorate to your heart's content.
Caution:
Do not open the oven in between baking.

Sugar, TARWE flour, TARWE starch, starch, emulsifier E471, E472b and E477, raising agents E450 and E500, glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, thickener E415, flavouring. May contain traces of: rye, barley, egg, soya, nuts.
Store dry and cool at maximum 25°C and avoid heat sources.
