Bake the most beautiful and delicious cupcakes with this mix from Zeelandia raw materials.
With this mix, you can make light and airy cupcakes with a soft vanilla flavor that always come out of the oven looking great. A fine base that you can also use perfectly for cakes, mini versions, or cake pops.
Want to make them something extra? Finish them off with fondant or give them a beautiful swirl of buttercream or crème fantastique. This way, you can turn them into something fun and festive in no time.
Ingredients for approx. 24 cupcakes:
- 500 g Cupcake mix
- 250 g butter (margarine or butter)
- 250 g eggs (5 medium eggs)
- Cupcake cups
- Molds and/or baking tin
- Mixer
Preparation: ensure all ingredients are at room temperature and preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C for a convection oven). Mix all ingredients with a mixer for approx. 5 minutes at the lowest speed until a smooth batter is formed. Divide the batter among cupcake liners and place them in a baking tray. Bake the cupcakes in the middle of the oven for approx. 18 minutes until done. Let the cupcakes cool completely and decorate to your heart's content.
Baking time: 18 minutes
Note: do not open the oven during baking.
