When can I expect my order?

Tasty Me always strives to deliver every order in perfect condition and within the indicated delivery time. For parcel shipments, we work together with DHL. For larger orders (starting weight varies per destination), a pallet carrier will be used. The prices for pallet shipments depend on the destination. For more information about the different rates, please contact our customer service team.

On the day your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the invoice attached in PDF format. After receiving this email, the package will be delivered to the specified address in the Netherlands and Belgium in 98% of cases on the next working day. For Germany, the delivery time is 2–3 working days, while for most other countries delivery may take 3–7 working days.


Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link that allows you to follow the status of your shipment.
If you have not received this email, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order after it has been placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We are happy to assist you with any questions or issues.


Do I pay shipping costs?

For more information about the various rates, please contact our customer service. You can also find detailed shipping information on our website under “Shipping”, and the shipping costs will be displayed directly in your shopping cart when placing an order.

Not at home / business closed?

If your package cannot be delivered from Monday to Saturday (for parcels), you will receive an email with information about the pickup location where your order has been taken.
If the package is not collected, it will be returned to Tasty Me.
If you would like us to resend your order, the shipping costs will be charged again.


Something wrong with your order?

Tasty Me assumes that all orders are delivered complete and in excellent condition. However, if something has gone wrong with the contents of your package or pallet, please contact us within two days of receiving your order.
