Ordering and Shipping
Tasty Me always strives to deliver an order in perfect condition and within the indicated delivery period. For parcel shipments, we work together with DHL. For larger orders (starting weight varies per destination), a pallet carrier will be used. The prices of pallet shipments depend on the destination. For more information about the various rates, please contact our customer service.

On the day your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the shipment with the invoice attached in PDF format. After receiving this email, the parcel is delivered in 98% of cases on the next working day to the specified address in the Netherlands and Belgium. For Germany, the delivery time is 2–3 working days, while for most other countries, delivery time can take up to 3–7 working days.

If a parcel cannot be delivered to you from Monday to Saturday, you will receive an email with information about the pickup location where your order has been taken. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to Tasty Me. If you would like us to deliver your order again afterwards, the shipping costs will be charged again.

Track and Trace for parcels and pallets
As soon as the order has been collected by DHL or the carrier, you will receive a track and trace link by email. You can track your order by entering the code in the DHL app or at www.dhl.nl.

Something wrong?
Tasty Me assumes that shipments arrive complete and in excellent condition. Should something still be wrong with the contents of the parcel or pallet, we kindly ask you to contact us within two days of receiving your order. Preferably by sending an email including the order number, or alternatively by phone at +31 (0)85 800 1975.
