With our chocolate & hazelnut cookie mix, you can make delicious cookies with the perfect combination of chocolate and hazelnut. A cookie that you actually want to grab just one of… but that never happens. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and filled with that full chocolate flavor and fine pieces of hazelnut.
Even more fun: decorate them with Royal Icing, sprinkles, or extra chocolate. There’s a good chance that children will suddenly really want to help out in the kitchen. Add extra hazelnuts or white chocolate pieces for even more crunch and flavor.
Ingredients 20 cookies (10cm):
- 350 g mix
- 140 g (cream) butter or plant-based margarine
- 43 g egg (1 piece size S)
Kitchen equipment:
- Mixer with dough hooks
- Rolling pin
- Non-stick mat (or a little buckwheat or potato starch)
- Baking paper
- Cookie cutters
Preparation 20 cookies (10cm): ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 165°C (convection oven 150°C). Mix the mix with the butter in a bowl with a mixer with dough hooks until the mixture becomes crumbly. Add the egg and beat until a smooth dough forms. Roll out the dough on a non-stick mat or sprinkle your work surface with a little buckwheat or potato starch and use a rolling pin. Cut out cookies of about 10 cm with a cookie cutter and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Baking time: 20-25 minutes.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
