Product information "Flower cream mix 300g - gluten-free"
Make a beautiful flower cake or flower cupcakes with Tasty Me's flower cream.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats.
Preparation: mix 150g of the mix and 100ml water in a bowl until smooth and leave to rest for 1 hour. Beat or mix 180g soft (cream) butter for 2 minutes. Add half the mixture to the whipped butter and mix until everything is well incorporated. Finally, add the remaining mixture and mix for another 5 minutes. Ideal for piping flowers with a piping bag and icing a cake.
Tip: Made too much? You can easily freeze the flower cream, let it thaw before use and mix again.
