With the Tasty Me Fudge Brownies mix, you’ll bake brownies that truly make you happy. Soft, fudgy on the inside and packed with rich chocolate flavor: exactly how a brownie should be - and it's also sugar-free! The kind you take one bite of… then another… and another… because they’re simply irresistible!
Perfect as a dessert, with coffee or just as a treat whenever you’re in the mood for something delicious. Enjoy them plain, or take it up a notch with nuts, (sugar-free) chocolate chunks or serve them with a scoop of our (sugar-free) ice cream mix — either way, you can’t go wrong!
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 55 ml water
- 90 g vegetable oil (like sunflower, canola, or soybean oil)
Preparation: Make sure all ingredients are at room temperture. Preheat the oven to 165-170 °C. Grease a 20 x 20 baking pan. In a mixing bolw, combine the oil, eggs and water. Mix until well combined. Place the brownie mix (dry ingredients) in a separate bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Beat the batter for 45-60 seconds until smooth. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 18-22 minutes at 165-175 degrees.
Tip: The brownies are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow them to cool completely before cutting for the best texure.
