Our glucose syrup can be used in many recipes. Glucose syrup or glucose syrup prevents the formation of sugar crystals. This is sometimes necessary, as sugars can crystallise, which can make the product hard. The syrup also gives more suppleness to caramel, ice cream, royal icing, fondant, gum paste and modelling chocolate, among others. But you can also use it to make and flavour e.g. liqueur, trembler syrup and ganache. Want to give products a sweeter flavour? You can use glucose syrup for this too.
