The Tasty Me green velvet cake is one that instantly says: “you have to taste me.” Velvety soft, light and fluffy — with a subtle hint of pistachio that gives it that little something extra.

Surprising and oh‑so delicious - all wrapped in a fresh green look. Perfect for parties, birthdays or any baking moment when you’re in the mood for something different. Make it extra delicious with our cream chantilly and super fun sprinkles. Green has never tasted this good!

Ingredients:

350 g mix
125 g butter
150 g eggs (3 pieces size M)

Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 125 g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed

Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Mix the mix, the butter and the eggs in 5 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased Ø 18 cm baking tin. Baking time (middle of the oven): 45-50 minutes, then remove immediately from the baking tin and allow to evaporate on a wire rack.

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, maize starch, humectant: E420 (sorbitol); rice starch; food coloring: E100 (curcumin), E133 (brilliant blue FCF); acidity regulator: E575 (glucono-delta-lactone); emulsifier: E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), E471 (mono- diglycerides of fatty acids, plant-based), raising agent: E450 (diphosphates), E500 (sodium carbonates); cocoa powder, thickener: E412 (guar gum), E466 (sodium carboxymethylcellulose); salt, flavour.

May contain traces of: MILK, EGG, SOY, NUTS

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
