Tasty Me Home Made Cake – simply a delicious cake! Our newest addition to the Tasty Me family is one you'll instantly fall in love with. Super moist, wonderfully light, and packed with flavor. 

It's the kind of cake you can enjoy anytime: morning, noon, night… and even as a snack. It's the cake that says, "Hey, craving something sweet?" And you think, "Yeah, pretty much anytime." Easy, incredibly delicious, and utterly Tasty Me. Perfect for birthdays, visits, friends, kids, colleagues, or—let's be honest—just for yourself. 

Ingredients:
  • 350 g mix
  • 175 g soft (cream)butter
  • 175 g eggs (3-4 pieces size M)
Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 175 g seed oil, such as sunflower or rapeseed oil.

Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Mix the mix, the butter and the eggs in 3 minutes at medium speed to a smooth batter.  Bake in the middle of the oven for 35-40 minutes. 

Baking time (middle of the oven): 35-40 minutes.
Baking time cupcakes: 20 minutes. 

*TIP: to check if the cake is done, insert a skewer into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.

Ingredients: sugar, corn starch, rice flour, sweetener E420 (sorbitol); inulin (chicory), emulsifiers: E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, plant-based); salt, psyllium fiber, raising agents: E450 (diphosphates or pyrophosphates), E500 (sodium carbonate); thickeners: E464 (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), E412 (guar gum), E415 (xanthan gum); preservative: E202 (potassium sorbate); flavoring, food enzyme.

May contain: MILK protein, EGGS, SOY, NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS

Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.

Our product contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
