Tasty Me Home Made Cake – simply a delicious cake! Our newest addition to the Tasty Me family is one you'll instantly fall in love with. Super moist, wonderfully light, and packed with flavor.
It's the kind of cake you can enjoy anytime: morning, noon, night… and even as a snack.
It's the cake that says, "Hey, craving something sweet?" And you think, "Yeah, pretty much anytime." Easy, incredibly delicious, and utterly Tasty Me. Perfect for birthdays, visits, friends, kids, colleagues, or—let's be honest—just for yourself.
Preparation: Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix 350g mix, 175g butter and 175g eggs (3/4 size M) in 3 minutes at medium speed to a smooth batter. Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 175g seed oil, such as sunflower or rapeseed oil.
Baking time (center of oven): 35-40 minutes. Tip: to check if the cake is done, insert a skewer into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
Cupcakes: Baking time: 20 minutes.
