Hello lemon love! The Tasty Me Lemon curd cake is fresh, soft and full of sunshine. A light and fluffy cake with the perfect lemon kick that instantly makes you smile and think: "this is delicious". Perfect for coffee moments, summer parties or simply when you're in the mood for something tasty. Soft on the inside, summery in flavour.

Inrgedients:

400 g mix
160 g soft butter
200 g eggs (4 pieces size M)

Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 160 g vegetable oil, such as sunflower or rapeseed oil.

Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (convection oven 180 °C). Mix the mix, butter and eggs for 3 minutes on medium speed to form a firm and pale batter. Pour the batter into a greased Ø 20-22 cm baking tin.

Baking time (middle of the oven): first 5 minutes at 190 °C, then 25 minutes at 160 °C. Then remove immediately from the baking tin and leave to dry out on a wire rack.

Baking time cupcakes: baking time 30-35 minutes.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20 mg / 20 ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
