Make delicious almond-flavoured macarons with this mix from Zeelandia raw material. The perfect mix to make your own oneovudy macarons at home. Want to make coloured macarons? Then add a little food colouring.
Essentials for 48 macarons:
800g mix, 160g water, baking tray and baking paper.
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pipe caps of about 10g onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to dry for at least 1 hour. Then bake the macarons for 25 minutes. Pipe 4g of macaron filling (e.g. buttercream) onto a macaron and cover with another macaron. *TIP: For coloured macarons add food colouring, reduce the amount of water by the amount of food colouring.
Ingredients:
Sugar, AMANDLES, TARWE starch, free-range EGG white powder, emulsifier E472b and E477, vegetable oil (rapeseed), glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, thickener E415, iodised salt. May contain traces of: gluten, wheat, egg, milk, nuts and almonds.
Store dry and cool at maximum 25°C and avoid heat sources.
