Make delicious almond-flavored macarons with this mix from Zeelandia ingredients. The perfect mix to easily make macarons at home. Want to make colored macarons? Then add a little coloring.
Ingredients for 48 macarons:
- 800 g mix
- 160 g water
- 4 g macaron filling (e.g., buttercream)
Preparation: preheat the oven to 150 °C. Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pipe mounds of about 10 g onto a baking sheet with parchment paper and let dry for at least 1 hour. Then bake the macarons for 25 minutes. Pipe 4 g of macaron filling (e.g., buttercream) onto one macaron and cover with another macaron.

Ingredients: sugar, AMANDLES, TARWE starch, free-range EGG white powder, emulsifier E472b (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) E477 (propyleneglycol esters of fatty acids), vegetable oil (rapeseed), glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, thickener E415 (xanthan gum), iodised salt. May contain traces of: gluten, wheat, egg, milk, nuts and almonds.
Store dry and cool at maximum 25°C and avoid heat sources.
