Making macarons… well, that’s quite a challenge. It might sound a bit complicated, but with our Tasty Me macaron mix, it suddenly becomes a lot more fun. Lightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and with that typical edge that makes them so recognizable.
Not the easiest, but that’s exactly what makes them so fun to make. Just work slowly, grab a piping bag, and have some patience… and then you think: “Yes, they turned out well.”
And the best part? You make them exactly the way you want them. Color them with Tasty Me food coloring and turn them into your very own macarons.

They are the kind of little bites that always make an impression. Perfect for parties, guests, or just because you feel like making something special. And let’s be honest — they are also just really fun to eat yourself.
Ingredients for approx. 22 macarons (44 halves):
- 250 g mix
- 58 g egg white (weigh precisely)
- Buttercream or another filling
Preparation: ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Mix the mix with the egg white and add Tasty Me food coloring if desired. Mix for at least 5 minutes on the highest setting. Fill a piping bag with the batter and pipe equal circles onto a macaron mat* or a sheet of baking paper. Then let the macarons rest for two hours. Preheat the oven to 140 °C (fan oven 130 °C).
TIP: Remove the macaron mat from the oven and place it on a cooled surface, such as a dampened kitchen counter, so that they release easily. Pipe buttercream or another filling of your choice onto a macaron half and gently press a second half on top.
Baking time: 15 minutes.

Ingredients: sugar, rice starch, ALMOND flour, modified starch, corn starch, EGG white, rice proteins, colouring agent: E170 (calcium carbonate); flavouring, acidity regulator: E575 (glucono-delta-lactone).
May contain: MILK proteins, SOY, NUTS.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
