Pancakes:
Mix 250g mix, 1 egg (Mt M) and about 125ml milk (or water) for about 5 minutes to make a smooth batter. Let the batter stand for 5 minutes. Fry in a hot pan with some oil or butter.
Waffles:
Mix 250g mix, 1 egg (Mt M) and approx. 135ml milk (or water) for approx. 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Let the batter stand for 5 minutes. Use a waffle iron to do this. Finish your pancake or waffle with, for example, honey and icing sugar.
Ingredients:
Rice flour, maize starch, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut oil), MILK powder, maltodextrins, potato starch, wetting agent: sorbitol; glucose syrup, emulsifiers: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; thickeners: guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose; salt, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; modified starch, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; colour: carotenes.
