The Tasty Me pink velvet cake mix is one that instantly puts a smile on your face. Velvety soft, light and fluffy — all dressed up in a beautiful pink look! 
Extremely cute, cheerful and a real showstopper. Perfect for parties, birthdays, baby showers or any occasion  — because let’s be honest, pink makes everything better. Finish it off with our cream chantilly and super fun sprinkles to make it extra special.

Ingredients: 
  • 350 g mix
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 10 ml water
Lactose-free recipe:  replace the butter with 125g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed

Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 165 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Mix the mix, the butter, 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites and the water for 5 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased Ø 18 cm baking tin. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, then remove immediately from the baking tin and allow to evaporate on a wire rack. 

Baking time (middle of the oven): 35 minutes
Baking time cupcakes: 20 - 25 minutes

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, maize starch, humectant: E420 (sorbitol); rice starch, emulsifiers: E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, plant-based); cocoa powder, acidity regulator: E575 (glucono-delta-lactone); thickeners: E466 (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), E412 (guar gum); raising agents: E450 (diphosphates),  E500 (sodium carbonates); salt, flavour, colour: E129 (allura red AC)*. 

*may adversely affect the activity or attention span of children.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
