With the Tasty Me Raspberry Flavor Cake mix, you can bake a cake in no time that’s fresh, fruity and also sugar-free! Soft, light and fluffy, with a delicious raspberry flavor that brings a refreshing, sweet twist.
The kind of cake that’s perfect for any moment: with coffee, as a dessert or simply when you’re in the mood for something tasty. Enjoy it plain, or finish it with fresh fruit or a topping of your choice. Ideal for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or sunny summer baking moments. Whatever you choose, this cake always brings a little extra happiness!
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 45 ml water
- 105 g vegetable oil (like sunflower, canola, or soybean oil)
Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Put the eggs and water in a mixing bowl and mix briefly. Add the cake mix and whisk for 2 minutes until you have a smooth batter. Then add the oil and whisk for another 1 to 2 minutes until everything is well combined. Pour the batter into a greased 18-20 cm baking pan or a cupcake pan lined with cupcake liners. Bake in the preheated oven: cupcakes: 18-22 minutes; cake: 25-30 minutes. Check if the cake is done with a skewer. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready. Let the cake or cupcakes cool in the pan for a few minutes, then completely on a wire rack.
