Royal Icing is that magical glaze that transforms cookies into little works of art. It's smooth, firm, and dries rock hard - perfect for colourful designs, elegant lines, or cheerful figures. Wether you want to decorate a cake or go wild with sprinkles and colours on cookies, (almost) anything is possible with royal icing. A little practice with piping, and before you know it, you'll be creating the most beautiful creations!
Preparation method:
Pour 100g of mix into a bowl and add 12-14ml of water. Mix vigorously for 5-7 minutes using a spatula or a mixer with a paddle attachment. Fill a piping bag and start decorating.
