The Tasty Me Spicy Orange Cake combines a fresh orange flavor with a warm, spicy touch - the kind of kind that surprises you and makes you think: "Hey, this is deliciously different."

Perfect for coffee moment with a twist of cosy winter evenings. Full of flavor and great to share (or to keep it all to yourself)

Ingredients for 1 cake:

300 g mix
90 g soft butter
150 g eggs (3 pieces size M)

Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 90g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed

Kitchen equipment:

Bowl
Mixer
Cake pan (circle approx. 18 cm or rectangular approx. 22 cm)
Optional: pieces of fruit or chocolate chips

Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Mix the mix, butter/oil and egg for about 3 minutes on medium speed to form a thick, smooth batter. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for about 50 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick into the centre and see if it comes out clean. Then remove immediately from the baking tin and allow to evaporate on a wire rack

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, maize starch, humectant: E420 (sorbitol); emulsifier: E475 (acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), E433 (polysorbate); spices (ground cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger), natural flavor, raising agents: E450 (diphosphates), E500 (sodium carbonates); thickeners: E412 (guar gum), E466 (sodium carboxymethylcellulose); acidulant: E575 (glucono delta-lactone); salt.

May contain: MILK protein, EGGS, SOY, NUTS

Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
