With the Tasty Me spicy orange cake mix, you can make a delicious cake with the combo of spicy with orange.
Gluten-free - lactose free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Essentials:
For 1 cake:
300g mix, 90g soft (cream) butter and 150g eggs (3 pieces mt M). Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 90g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed), bowl, mixer, cake pan (round approx 18cm or rectangular approx 22cm) and possibly some pieces of fruit or e.g. chocolate chips.
Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven 160°C). Mix the mix, butter/oil and egg for about 3 minutes on medium speed to form a thick, smooth batter. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for about 50 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick into the centre and see if it comes out clean.
Ingredients:
Sugar, rice flour, maize starch, humectant: E420; emulsifier: E475, E433; spices, natural flavourings, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; thickeners: guar gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; salt. May contain traces of: milk protein, egg, soybeans and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
