With the Tasty Me Sponge Cake or Biscuit Mix, you can easily create a real crowd-pleaser! A soft, airy cake that goes with everything and always works: whether you’re making layered cakes, festive creations or simply enjoying a slice with coffee - and it's also sugar-free!

Ingredients:

Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 165-170 °C (or 155-160 °C a fan oven). Grease an 18-20 cm baking pan well. Put the mix and the eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix the batter on high speed for 6-7 minutes until it’s light and smooth. Pour the batter directly into an 18-20 cm baking pan. Bake the cake for 28-35 minutes. The cake is done when it’s golden brown and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then turn the cake out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely before filling or decorating it.
