With the Tasty Me Vanilla Cake mix, you can easily bake a delicious, soft cake you’ll always be in the mood for. Light, fluffy and with that lovely vanilla flavor everyone loves: a true classic that never disappoints - and it's also sugar-free!
The result? Beautiful cupcakes or a delicious cake, ready to be finished with fruit or a topping of your choice. Whatever you go for: this cake always delivers.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 30 ml water
- 150 g butter
Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 150 g of lactose-free butter.
Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Grease a baking pan or cupcake tin well. Put the cake mix, butter, eggs, and water into a mixing bowl. Mix everything for a few minutes until you have a smooth and airy batter. Pour or scoop the batter into the greased pan(s). Bake in the preheated oven: cupcakes: 20-25 minutes; cake: 35-40 minutes. Check with a skewer or thootpick if the cake is done. If the skewer or thootpick comes out clean, the cake is ready. Let the cake or cupcakes cool in the pan for a few minutes, then cool completely on a wire rack.
