With the Tasty Me Vanilla Cookies mix, you can easily bake cookies you just can’t stop eating. Crispy edges, a soft centre and that “mmm this is so good” vibe in every bite - and it's also sugar-free!
These are the kind of cookies where you think, “just one more”… and before you know it, the plate is empty. Perfect with coffee, for snack moments or simply because you deserve something tasty!
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 20 ml water
- 100 g butter
Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 150 g of lactose-free butter.
Preparation: make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (or 160 °C for a fan oven). Put the mix, the egg, the water, and the butter in a mixing bowl. Mix the dough for a few minutes until it’s smooth.
Optional additions:
- Chocolate: 60-80 g chocolate chips
- Apple-cinnamon: 80-90 g apple (in small cubes) and 2,5 g cinnamon.
Bake the cookies for 11-13 minutes (classic cookies) or 14-16 minutes (apple-cinnamon cookies). Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking tray before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely

Ingredients: rice flour, sweeteners: maltitols*, sorbitols*, sucralose*; corn starch, tapioca starch, thickeners: polydextrose, xanthan gum; oat flour, inulin (chicory), salt, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; flavorings.
