The Zeelandia Rolled Fondant is easy to roll out, smooth to process and has a wonderfully soft vanilla flavor. Thanks to its fine structure, this fondant is ideal for tightly covering cakes and making various decorations. The fondant is packed in an airtight container of 2.5 kg, so that the quality is optimally preserved.
Processing & storage: store at a maximum of 20°C and process at a temperature of 21-23°C for best results.
