Make delicious buttercream with this mix from Zeelandia raw material. The buttercream is perfect for filling, icing and decorating cupcakes, cakes and other treats. Want to give the buttercream a nice colour? You can do so with our colouring agents.
Essentials for filling a round cake (25cm):
100g mix for buttercream, 250g butter (margarine or cream butter), 100g icing sugar or sugar, 250ml water, whisk, mixer.
Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Mix the mix, icing sugar and water with a whisk until smooth and leave to stand for about 30 min. (The mix can also be made without the icing sugar.) Using a mixer on high speed, mix the butter very creamy in about 7 minutes. Little by little, add the mixture to the butter and then continue to mix on medium speed for about 10 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
Ingredients:
Sugar, modified starch E1422, whey powder [MILK], dextrose, lactose [MILK], gelling agents E516, E450 and E339, acidity regulators E331 and E509, thickeners E401, E415, salt, flavouring, emulsifier E322 [TARWE].
Store dry and cool at maximum 25°C and avoid heat sources.
