Product information "Buttercream mix 1kg"
You can use our Tasty Me buttercream to give cupcakes or cakes a smooth finish, pipe beautiful swirls, or simply decorate them loosely. First a smooth layer, then piping on top? That’s possible! Just cheerful rosettes on top of cupcakes? That’s super fun to do too!
The buttercream is easy to color with our food coloring, so you can go in any direction with it. From subtle and sleek to wonderfully exuberant. And let's be honest: tasting a spoonful in between is sometimes just part of the experience.
Ingredients for filling a round cake (25cm):
- 100 g mix
- 250 g butter (margarine or butter)
- 100 g powdered sugar or sugar 250 ml water
Preparation: ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Mix the mix, the powdered sugar, and the water with a whisk until smooth and let stand for approx. 30 min. (The mix can also be made without powdered sugar.) Using a mixer on high speed, mix the butter until very creamy in approx. 7 minutes. Gradually add the mixture to the butter, then mix the whole thing for another approx. 10 minutes at moderate speed until a smooth, airy cream is formed.
