Create a quick and delicious alternative to whipped cream with Bakels Raw Material: Crème Fantastique. This versatile mix is ideal for filling, frosting, and decorating cakes, cupcakes, and other sweet treats.
Crème Fantastique is easy to prepare and has a stable structure, allowing it to keep longer outside the refrigerator than traditional whipped cream. Thanks to its heat and acid resistance, the cream remains firm, even when you add extra ingredients.
You can vary the flavor endlessly: from chocolate and fresh fruit to liqueurs and other aromas. Moreover, Crème Fantastique is excellent for making a light Crème Suisse, also known as Crème Chantilly.
Ingredients for filling and frosting 1 cake:
- 150 g mix
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
Ingredients for piping approx. 24 cupcakes:
- 75 g mix
- 50 ml water
- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
Preparation: mix all ingredients at high speed for about 3 minutes until a light, smooth cream is formed. Then let the cream set briefly for optimal handling.
TIP: Crème Fantastique can be prepared with either just water or just milk, depending on the desired taste and texture.
