Make a quick alternative to whipped cream with Bakels raw material with this delicious mix. Creme fantastique is ideal for filling, icing and decorating cakes, cupcakes and other treats. Creme fantastique is super easy to make. The cream can stand longer outside the fridge than regular whipped cream. In addition, you can add many flavours to it, such as chocolate, fresh fruit and liqueurs. This is because crème fantastique is heat and acid resistant. It can also be easily made into a crème suisse, also known as crème chantilly.
Essentials for filling and frosting 1 cake:
150g mix, 100ml water, 100ml semi-skimmed whole milk. Halve the entire recipe to frost about 24 cupcakes.
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients for about 3 minutes with a mixer on high speed until smooth. Let the cream set for a while to make it easier to handle. Tip: Can also be used with just water or just milk.
