Essentials:
200g mix, 500ml cold water and mixer.
Preparation:
Mix the mix and water with a mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let the cream set for a while to make it easier to work with. If you want an extra creamy cream, replace about 50 ml of water with whipped cream.
Ingredients:
Sugar, potato starch (modified), powdered MILK (skimmed), vegetable oil and fat (coconut), dextrose, whey powder (MILK), gelling agents (E516; E450; E339; E401), glucose syrup (dried), preservative (E202), colours (E160b; E101), flavouring.
Store dry and cool.
