Zeelandia Maro pink marzipan is easy to roll out without tearing or breaking. Thanks to the renowned 1:3 rolling ratio of almond and sugar, the marzipan is smooth to work with and ideal for covering cakes and creating decorations. The finished product dries out but does not dry out, ensuring it remains beautifully soft and flexible.
The marzipan is produced using the warm Lübeck method. This ensures a rich flavor, excellent workability, and a long shelf life. The high processing temperature and the use of carefully selected almonds result in high-quality marzipan.
The pink color provides a cheerful and soft appearance, perfect for festive cakes and decorative applications.
The marzipan is packaged in an airtight 2.5 kg container.
Processing & storage: store at a maximum of 20°C and process at approximately 21°C for best results.
