Product information "Zeesan Bavarois mix - Strawberry Bag"
With the Zeelandia Strawberry Bavaroise mix you can easily make a delicious, airy bavaroise with a fresh strawberry flavor. Perfect for filling cakes and pastries, but also delicious as a fresh dessert.
The mix is easy to prepare and provides a nice creamy structure and a full strawberry flavor. Ideal for making bavarois cakes, layered desserts and other delicacies.
Ingredients:
- 100 g strawberry bavarian powder
- 125 g lukewarm water
- 500 ml whipped cream
Preparation: beat the whipped cream until lumpy (like yoghurt). Mix the bavarois powder with the water and fold it directly into the whipped cream. Process the bavarois immediately and then let it set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. The bavarois can also be frozen.
