With the mix of Zeelandia strawberry bavarois you can easily make a delicious bavarois with strawberry flavour. Suitable for many purposes, such as in pastries, as a tasty, fresh dessert or as a cake filling.
Recipe: 100 g strawberry bavarois powder, 125 g lukewarm water, 500 ml whipped cream.
Preparation: Whip the cream until fluffy (like yoghurt). Mix the bavarois powder with the water and fold the mixture directly into the whipped cream. Process immediately before use, then leave to stiffen in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour. Can be frozen.
