Fill your kitchen with the scent of freshly baked apple cinnamon cake with the Tasty Me apple cinnamon cake mix.
Gluten-free - lactose-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Essentials:
For 1 cake:
300g mix, 150g soft butter and 150g eggs (3 pieces mt M). Lactose-free recipe: replace butter with 150g seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed, bowl, mixer, cake tin (round approx 18cm or rectangular approx 25cm) and possibly some chopped apple (100g), extra cinnamon, nuts and/or chocolate chips.
Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix the mix, butter and egg for about 5 minutes on medium speed to form a thick, smooth batter. Add some chopped apple as desired and pour into the baking tin. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for about 35 minutes. Check by sticking a toothpick in the middle and see if it comes out clean.
Ingredients:
Sugar, rice flour, maize flour, dehydrated apple 6%, sweetener: sorbitols (E420); emulsifiers: polyglyceride esters of fatty acids (E475), polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (E433); cinnamon 1%, raising agents diphosphates (E450), sodium carbonates (E500); thickeners: guar gum (E412), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E466); acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); salt. May contain traces of milk, eggs, soya and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
